RETURN / CANCELED PURCHASE / COMPLAINT

If you have regretted your purchase, or wish to exchange or complain about your order, do as follows:

Email the following to support@lovelycapture.com:

  • Clear notification if it applies to: 1) canceled purchase 2) exchange 3) complaint.
  • full name
  • Email address where the purchase was registered
  • Order number
  • Item number of the items you want to return
  • We will then return with instructions.

If something is to be returned, please consider the following:

  1. Send the item back to the address we specify. You are responsible for the shipping costs. We do not charge any additional return costs.
  2. Use the same packaging that the item was delivered in.
  3. After an approved return, we credit the value of the item or items. Shipping is not credited.
