RETURN / CANCELED PURCHASE / COMPLAINT
RETURN:
If you have regretted your purchase, or wish to exchange or complain about your order, do as follows:
Email the following to support@lovelycapture.com:
- Clear notification if it applies to: 1) canceled purchase 2) exchange 3) complaint.
- full name
- Email address where the purchase was registered
- Order number
- Item number of the items you want to return
- We will then return with instructions.
If something is to be returned, please consider the following:
- Send the item back to the address we specify. You are responsible for the shipping costs. We do not charge any additional return costs.
- Use the same packaging that the item was delivered in.
- After an approved return, we credit the value of the item or items. Shipping is not credited.
